Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at or near Trinity Church, in the county of Bedford, by the name of Boonsborough Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. Thomas J. Henry, Master; Ambrose Page, Senior Warden, and William C. Minnis, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being re-turned together with the necessary documents. Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Boonsborough Lodge, No. 70, and appointing the Officers named.
