Confirmed chartered on 12/10/1850.
Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. Grand Master to authorise the opening a Lodge at Farmville, in the County of Prince Edward, by the name of Farmville Lodge, appointing Wor. Richard A. Booker, Master; William H. Chappell, Senior Warden and George King, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents;
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Farmville Lodge, No. 41, and appointing the Officers named in the Dispensation.
