Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. Wor. Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Poindexter's Store, in the county of Louisa, by the name of Green Spring Lodge No. ---, appointing Wor. William R. Hackett, Master; James Bowis, Senior Warden, and Frederick Hughson, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Green Spring Lodge, No. 79, and appointing the Officers named.
