Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. Wor. Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Campbell Courthouse, by the name of Mackey Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. Lewis Page, Master; George W. Clements, Senior Warden, and Robert E. Withers, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Mackey Lodge, No. 69, and appointing the Officers named.
