A Petition was received from sundry Brethren residing in Marshall county, praying for a Charter to open and hold a Lodge at Moundsville, by the name of Marshall Union Lodge, and nominating Wor. John W. Ney as Master; William S. Lane, Senior Warden, and Michael Dunn as Junior Warden;
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title, and designation of Marshall Union Lodge, No. 37, and appointing the officers named in the petition.
