Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Westmoreland Courthouse, by the name of Montross Lodge No. ---, appointing Wor. Robert Mayo, Jr. Master; Thomas S. Gennett, Senior Warden, and John P. Richards, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents. Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Montross Lodge, No. 76, and appointing the Officers named.
