Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at the Natural Bridge, in Rockbridge co. by the name of Natural Bridge Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. John L. Eubank, Master; Joseph Gilmore, Senior Warden, and Thos. G. Burks, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents. Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Natural Bridge Lodge, No. 64, and appointing the Officers named.
