Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Scottsville, in the county of Powhatan, by the name of Powhatan Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. Philip J. Leake, Master; William L. French, Senior Warden, and Reuben Ragland, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents. Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Powhatan Lodge, No. 68, and appointing the Officers named.
