Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. Grand Master to authorise the opening a Lodge at New London, in the County of Camp-bell, by the name of Prudence Lodge, appointing Wor. Sam'l A. Bailey, Master; Benjamin H. Lewis, Senior Warden and Henry J. Foster, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents;
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Prudence Lodge, No. 44; and appointing the Officers named in the Dispensation.
