Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. Wor. Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Rocky Mount, in the county of Franklin, by the name of Rocky Mount Lodge No. ---, appointing Wor. James Dinwiddie, Master; John E. McCrery, Senior Warden, and Sam'l Hale, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Rocky Mount Lodge, No. 75, and appointing the Officers named.
