Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at in the county of Brunswick, by the name of Stark Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. James E. Crichton as Master, Nicholas E. Lewis as Senior Warden, and Reuben B. Hicks as Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned with the necessary documents: Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Stark Lodge, No. 90, and appointing the officers named.
