Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. Wor. Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Jeffersonville, in the county of Tazewell, by the name of Tazewell Lodge No. ---, appointing Wor. Wm. P. Cecil, Master; Washington Spotts, Senior Warden, and F. P. Spotts, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned together with the necessary documents.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title, and designation of Tazewell Lodge, No. 62, and appointing the Officers named.
