A Petition, in due form, was received from sundry Brethren residing in Pittsylvania, praying for a Charter to open and hold a Lodge at Callands by the name of Vincent Witcher, No. 87, and nominating Wor. Bro. D. C. Ragsdale, Master; A. H. Moorman, Senior Warden, and Robert Carter, Junior Warden.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title and designation aforesaid, and appointing the officers named.
