- Confirmed chartered on 12/11/1849. This is a totally separate Lodge from Warren No. 33 (1791). Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Pedlar Mills, Amherst county, by the name of Warren Lodge, appointing John D. Davis, Master; John H. Fuqua, Senior Warden, and Robert H. Carter, Junior Warden; and said dispensation being returned, together with the necessary documents; Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title, and designation of Warren Lodge, No. 33, appointing the officers named in the dispensation, upon the payment of the usual fees.
