Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of a Lodge in the city aforesaid, by the name of the Washington Lodge, No. 99, appointing Joshua Lewis, Master; Martin Gordon, Senior Warden; and Lewis Heerman, Junior Warden.
