1852 Proceedings: A Petition, in due form, was received from sundry Brethren residing in Wetzel, praying for a Dispensation to open and hold a Lodge at New Martinsville, by the name of Wetzel Lodge, No.-, and nominating Bro. John D. O'Conner, Master; Joseph Vance, Senior Warden, and W. D. Havely, Junior Warden.
Resolved, That a Dispensation do issue in accordance with prayer of Petitioners.
