The Regional Provost for Region 10 has started a Regional Provost Newsletter to be sent to each Lodge. This paper is the second part of a presentation by Rt. Wor. Stormy Thorson, presented at Peyton Randolph Lodge of Research No. 1774. He elaborates on the life of Jephthah and a famous battle in the Bible that will be of significance to Masons.
