Details: Virginia Research Lodge No. 1777 is pleased to welcome back Bro. Matt Parker with his paper entitled, "Freemasonry and the Allegory of Plato's Cave". There will be a short explanation of the allegory of the cave. Then we will discuss the relevance of this famous allegory to Masonry and the three degrees, as well as a discussion of the Hero's Journey.
